We offer two types of services to meet your Energy Efficiency needs. Whole House Energy Audits and Comprehensive Assessments for homes and businesses.

Whole House Energy Audit

A whole house energy approach evaluates your existing HVAC system(s), water heater efficiency and base load appliances while taking into consideration how they interact with your building components, such as your insulation levels, building air leakage and window/door energy performance ratings.

It includes a thorough inspection and evaluation with a full written report. We ask to see at least six months or more of utility bills showing your home or business’s electrical usage history.

Comprehensive Assessment

A comprehensive assessment includes the same service as the basic energy audit (evaluation, inspection and full written report), but includes an additional component – an energy monitor, which is installed by us on your home or business’s main circuit panel.

A home energy monitor can help you keep track of your energy usage and identify areas where you can save on energy costs. By monitoring your electricity consumption in real-time, you can make more informed decisions about your energy usage and potentially reduce your monthly bills. Additionally, a home energy monitor can help you identify any inefficient appliances or devices that may be consuming excess energy. With this information, you can then make adjustments to your daily routines or invest in more energy-efficient products to lower your overall energy usage.

The monitor offers 24/7 real-time power and generation monitoring, allowing you to access data anytime and anywhere via Smart Energy App. With individual circuit tracking using 50A sensor bundles, you can keep a close eye on each circuit's usage. You get to keep the energy monitor!

Comprehensive Assessment Costs

Same pricing structure applies as the Whole House Energy Audit with an additional $320, which includes the cost of the energy monitor and installation. Example: 1,200 sq ft home/business is $200 + $320 Comprehensive Assessment Fee = Total $520

*This service can be provided as a standalone offer, meaning you don’t have to pay for a whole house energy audit. If you just want the monitor installed, the standalone service is only $320, but would not include an inspection or written report. Either way, the energy monitor is yours to keep!
